Secure, insured racking in our Melbourne warehouse. Every SKU is barcoded and binned on receipt, and you pay only for the space you actually occupy — recalculated weekly, so quiet months cost less.
Barcode-verified picking at every stage — a mismatch stops the pick before it becomes a refund. Packed to your spec, with your inserts and packaging, and out the door same-day for anything in by 3PM AEST.
Returns are receipted within 48 hours of arriving back. Saleable stock goes straight on the shelf; anything outside your rules is quarantined and photographed for your call — and the outcome syncs to your store.
Our negotiated rates across 10+ carriers, passed through at cost. Every parcel is rated on destination, weight and service level, so a Perth order and a Melbourne order don't ship the same way by default.
