About Flow

We ran the stores before the warehouse.

Flow was started by eCommerce operators who spent years on the other side of the relationship — chasing 3PLs for answers, absorbing surprise invoices, apologising to customers for late orders. We built the fulfilment partner we couldn't find.

Why we exist

Running an online brand, your 3PL is either invisible — orders just go out — or it's the biggest source of stress in the business. There's no in-between. We'd lived the second version: dispatch cut-offs missed quietly, mis-picks discovered by angry customers, invoices that needed a forensic accountant.

So the rules we run Flow by are the ones we wanted as clients: the quote is the invoice. Anything in by 3PM ships today. You can message the warehouse floor directly on WhatsApp instead of raising a ticket. And if we wouldn't accept an excuse from our own 3PL, we don't offer it to you.

How we operate

Four rules we don't bend.

01

The quote is the invoice

Your rate card is agreed before stock arrives and it's what you're billed against. No surcharges appearing in month three.

02

3PM means 3PM

Anything in before the cut-off ships the same day. It's a promise your product page can repeat.

03

Ask, don't ticket

A WhatsApp group with the warehouse floor and a named account manager. Questions get answers, not queue numbers.

04

Your brand on every box

Custom packaging, inserts, gift notes. The unboxing is yours, not ours.

Melbourne, deliberately

One warehouse, run properly.

We're not a network of franchised sheds. One Melbourne facility means one standard, one team you can visit, and emails answered by someone who can walk to your stock. Melbourne's carrier density means nationwide coverage doesn't suffer for it.

Visits welcome — book a walkthrough any weekday.
