What is a 3PL and how does it work?+
A 3PL (third-party logistics provider) stores your stock and handles picking, packing and shipping on your behalf. Orders flow automatically from your eCommerce store to our Melbourne warehouse, where they're picked against a barcode scan, packed and dispatched to your customer, with tracking sent back to your store.
How much does 3PL fulfilment cost in Australia?+
Australian 3PL pricing covers four things: receiving, storage, pick and pack, and outbound shipping. Flow prices all four on a fixed rate card agreed before your stock arrives, with no surprise surcharges and no minimum-volume penalties. How quickly can I get started with Flow 3PL?+
Around 3 business days from contract sign-off, covering platform integration, inbound stock receipting and your first live order. There's no lock-in contract: terms are month-to-month.
Do you integrate with Shopify?+
Yes. Flow connects natively to Shopify for real-time order and inventory sync, automated tracking updates, and support for bundles, subscriptions and custom packaging. Most stores are connected and tested in under twenty minutes.
What carriers do you use for shipping?+
Australia Post eParcel, Aramex, iMile, Parcel Right, StarTrack, TNT and more, more than ten in total. Every parcel is rated across the network on destination, weight and service level, so the carrier is chosen for the order rather than by a blanket contract. Regional and PO box deliveries usually go with Australia Post; metro deliveries go with the best-value carrier that meets the delivery time for that parcel. We watch on-time performance by carrier, so a lower price never comes at the cost of service.
How are returns handled?+
Returns are receipted within 48 hours of arriving. Saleable stock goes straight back on the shelf; anything outside your rules is quarantined and photographed for your call. The outcome syncs back to your store automatically.
Is there a minimum order volume?+
No minimum volume and no lock-in. Brands join us anywhere from 50 orders a month to several thousand. The weekly account fee scales down for small brands, storage is billed on the space you use, and quiet months cost less. Scale up for peak and back down afterwards without penalty.
Can I use my own packaging?+
Yes. Send your branded boxes, satchels or inserts with your stock and we pack in them at no extra charge. If you would rather we supply packaging, satchels are priced per unit on your rate card.
Do you handle wholesale and B2B orders as well as online orders?+
Yes. Carton and pallet orders to retailers and distributors ship from the same stock pool as your online orders, with the labelling and paperwork those channels need.
