The flow
Store
Order placed
A customer checks out on your Shopify, Woo, Amazon or eBay store. Nothing changes about how you sell.
Sync
Order syncs to Flow
It lands in our warehouse system within seconds — address validated, service level assigned, no manual export.
Pick
Picked and scanned
A picker is routed to the bin location and scans the barcode. A mismatch stops the pick before it becomes a refund.
Pack
Packed to your spec
Your carton sizes, your inserts, your tissue. Dimensional weight captured at the bench so shipping is priced honestly.
Carrier
Carrier selected
We rate the parcel across 10+ carriers on destination, weight and service, then book the one that actually suits it.
Delivered
Out the door
Anything in before 3PM AEST leaves the same day. Tracking pushes back to your store and to your customer.
Live tracking
Every order, every scan event, every carrier handover — in one dashboard, updating as it happens. No ringing the warehouse to ask where something is.

Integrations
Orders and inventory sync both ways, automatically. Plug in your store and your stock levels stay honest without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
Carrier network
Most 3PLs sign one blanket carrier contract and put everything through it. We rate and route each parcel on destination, weight and service level — so a Perth order and a Melbourne order don't ship the same way just because it's easier for us.

For eCom founders, by eCom founders
"We ran online stores before we ran a warehouse. We know what it costs you when an order goes out late or wrong — so we built Flow around the things we wished our 3PL had done."
The founding team · Flow 3PL, Melbourne
38% lower cost per parcel
"They rate-shop every order instead of pushing it all through one contract. Our average parcel cost dropped by more than a third in the first month."
Switched in 3 days
"We'd put off changing 3PL for a year because we assumed it'd be a nightmare. Store was synced Monday, first orders out Wednesday."
Mis-picks down to near zero
"Wrong items used to cost us refunds and one-star reviews every week. Since moving, I can't remember the last one."
FAQ
A 3PL — third-party logistics provider — stores your stock and handles picking, packing and shipping on your behalf. Orders flow automatically from your eCommerce store to our Melbourne warehouse, where they're picked against a barcode scan, packed and dispatched to your customer, with tracking sent back to your store.
Australian 3PL pricing covers four things: receiving, storage, pick and pack, and outbound shipping. Flow prices all four on a fixed rate card agreed before your stock arrives — no surprise surcharges and no minimum-volume penalties. Send us your order volume and SKU count and you'll have the card back within a business day.
Around 3 business days from contract sign-off, covering platform integration, inbound stock receipting and your first live order. There's no lock-in contract — terms are month-to-month.
Yes. Flow connects natively to Shopify for real-time order and inventory sync, automated tracking updates, and support for bundles, subscriptions and custom packaging. Most stores are connected and tested in under twenty minutes.
Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex, TNT and others — more than ten in total. Each parcel is rated across the network on destination, weight and service level, so the carrier is chosen for the order rather than by blanket contract.
Returns are receipted within 48 hours of arriving. Saleable stock goes straight back on the shelf; anything outside your rules is quarantined and photographed for your call. The outcome syncs back to your store automatically.
No minimum volume and no lock-in. Most brands come to us between 500 and 20,000 orders a month, but the model works either side of that. Scale up for peak and back down afterwards without penalty.
